In the spirit of continued growth, we are currently looking for a Medical Safety Associate.

As Medical safety associate you will be responsible for:
- Individual Case Safety Reports/ Adverse Drugs Reactions (ICSRs/ADRs) handling including case receipt, case review & assessments, data entry in safety database module, quality control and contacts with reporters in order to have events fully documented
- Maintain an overview of local Pharmacovigilance requirements
- Review medical and scientific literature to identify potential safety issues for assigned products
- Timely complete trainings linked to the involved project and trainings on regulatory requirements and legislation related to Pharmacovigilance
- Ensure clear communication with the internal and external project team/ stakeholders
- Follow up on timelines and see to it that the different responsibilities and assignments are managed as agreed with the client
What do you need to be successful?
- University degree in life sciences
- Experience is a plus!
- Quality minded; Eye for detail and being able to make distinction between main and side issues
- Fluently writing and speaking English. Knowledge of German and/ or French is a plus
- Very good knowledge of Word
- Respecting budgets and timelines
- Being able to prioritise issues according to importance
