Are you curious to take up a key role as First Line Manager for our In Market Brands Portfolio, working in close collaboration with our diverse and energized commercial teams, being a sparring partner to our field force experts driving the sales operations plan and ensuring sales and broader performance targets across nine brands generating 100m EUR revenue. Strategic Execution
Creates and executes business plans to drive achievement, and is responsible for brands’ strategic and tactical planning execution in line with company strategy and standards

Minimum requirements
Brings ideally experience of first line sales management, incl. coaching, leading and motivating a sales team to deliver on targets
