During the months of July & August, Manuchar is looking for an enthusiastic student willing to roll up his/her sleeves in our Facility department in Antwerp (HQ).
The job
- You will receive a short training and learn to work with our invoice system ABBYY and assist the responsible colleague(s) with the daily administrative processing of invoices.
- You make sure that visitors feel immediately welcome by providing a friendly welcome.
- You connect (inter)national phone calls correctly to the right colleague.
- You ensure that the office and meeting rooms are always in tip-top order. You help prepare drinks/sandwiches in the meeting rooms, replenish the coffee machines, add paper to the printers, etc.

Your profile
- You are minimum 15 years old and have successfully completed at least the first 2 years of high school.
- You are available for a period of 1 month.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
- You have a flexible attitude and are a team player.
- You live near our main office in Antwerp.
