YOUR ROLE

- You manage recruitment & selection assignments from A to Z; from sourcing, screening of cv's, and interviews until the contract negotiation.
- You will work for different countries: Finland, Germany, Slovakia, Spain, Turkey and Poland.
- You focus on all kind of profiles (logistics, purchasing, customer servive, quality, ...).

You follow up on the influx of candidates.
- You conduct selection interviews.
- You have weekly meetings with the HR Director in the US.

- You have a relevant track record in talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing.
- You easily connect with stakeholders.
- You can work independently.
