Drive efficiency and effectiveness
Analyze effectiveness, performance and provide strategic recommendations to MSLs and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for performance/productivity enhancements
Define, recommend and track KPIs, metrics, management and strategy
Targeting & Territory Design
Customer Targeting and Segmentation process together with the matrix
Leads on medical resource allocation and territory design, in partnership with key stakeholders across the business
Responsible for optimal channel analysis and recommendations back to the business, through the lens of performance and prioritization
Reports & KPIs
Supports LT deck assembling, including narrative and recommendations for deep dives, performance reviews in medical
Reporting on local, cluster and regional level
Identifies and executes tailored analysis to drive business performance
Manages on ad-hoc data projects across the organization to drive business impact
Support the Customer Facing Team as “Single Point of Contact” to drive consistency and standards across all field team
Leadership
Engages and collaborates for customer engagement analytics
Collaboration and management of cluster and regional requests
Collaborate with Brand Team & BE&E team on customer engagement KPIs, targeting and segmentation and omnichannel effectiveness

Minimum requirements
Strong leadership and confidence to work with and challenge Medical TA heads and MSLs
Proven understanding of/experience in medical field roles, and the support required to optimize performance and accelerate impact
Strong scientific understanding and business acumen is essential
Expert level analytical and problem-solving skills is critical
Proactive, clear and engaging communication (verbal and written)
Proven ability to build trust-based relationships allowing for strong levels of challenge with key stakeholders
Proven ability to manage complex business situations, recommending choices through the application of insights/ data
